Foothills Bark Dust is a family-owned and operated bark dust delivery service located in Lyons, Oregon. Established in 1995 by local resident Brian Stinnett, the company has deep roots in the community. Brian, who grew up in Lyons, is committed to serving his hometown, and his wife Shannon plays an integral role in the business while also working for Cascade School District. Together, they have two children: Alexis, a first year at Belmont University College of Law and Brandon, a baseball player and a junior at Seattle University.
